How to Use — Border Buddy

Select a Deal

Click the Border Buddy extension icon in your Chrome toolbar. You'll see your 10 most recent open deals from Pipedrive.

Use the search bar to find a deal by name, organization, or contact
Click a deal to select it

Choose Country & Fee

Select the customer's destination country and the service fee:

Account Setup$50

Consulting$150

Consulting$250

Consulting$350

Then click Review & Generate.

Generate & Share

Review the summary, then click Generate Payment Link. You'll get two options:

          Copy Link — copies to your clipboard. Paste it into any chat, email, or message.

          Email Customer — opens your email client with a pre-written message containing the payment link, personalized with the customer's name.

Everything below is automatic — no action needed from you

📧 You get an email confirming the payment with the amount, customer name, and a link to the deal in Pipedrive.
📧 The customer gets an email — for setup fees, they get next steps. For consulting fees, they get a link to book a session with you.
📝 Pipedrive is updated — a pinned note is added to the deal with payment details, and the deal value is updated.
✅ An activity is logged as completed on the deal, so your pipeline stays up to date.
🔗 Stripe and Pipedrive are linked — the Stripe customer ID is written back to the deal for easy reference.
